How are you all doing? I hope that you all are feeling crafty today because in today's blog I am going to show you some really interesting ways of making your own bowls to hold your tit bits and little stuff.

The best thing about making your own bowls is that you can customize the design, color, and shape of your bowls to suit your needs. They are fun and easy to make and you can actually make them with materials which are readily available.

Who said bowls could only be made with porcelain or wood. These DIY bowl making ideas will take your breath away. The following video shows  a really glittery and girly bowl to make. You can play around with the colors and textures.I found that the look of the bowl is classy and hey we all know that girls love glitter, Right!!

The glitter used in making these bowls gives it an oomph factor and really adds to the look of any dressing table or side table. To make the bowls more sturdy you could start with a basic layer of tissue paper and diluted glue or mod podge; which ever is available easily for you. Then you could put layers of glitter and dry them.Further more once you deflate and remove the balloon you could give a coat of glitter in the inner lining of the bowls to cover any tissue paper layer.

These super sassy bowls can be used to store any of your jewellery bits, sweets, clips or rubber bands. You name it and you can store them away in these cute little glitter bowls.Moving on to the next video. This video show cases a great technique to make bowls.Who knew we could use our oven for creating such gorgeously colorful storage bowls.Let's take a look at the video:

The end product is so colorful and vibrant that it truly takes the breath away. These bowls would look lovely in any girl's bedroom and would add color to the dullest places for sure. You could use any shape and size of beads, experiment with various shapes and sizes. It all comes to your convenience and creativity. You should grease the bowl carefully if you are unable to find the cooking spray you could use any edible oil or even coconut oil.         The next video uses a very old and simple technique of paper mache to create a master piece of a bowl. The layers of colored tissue add to the strength of the bowl and also enhance the look of it.

The confetti bowl speaks with its colors and patterns.Use your imagination to layer the tissues in a particular way or patterns.Use a single color if you think multicolored tissue is too much for you.
It's all about building layers of paper and glue.Yes , it is time-consuming but trust me in the end product will be worth all the wait. The tissue papers are easily available at the stationary stores or even online.

Here, I would like to add a disclaimer. These videos are not owned by me but by other creative people who want to make a difference to this boring world by adding color and fun to it through these amazing craft ideas. I as a blogger am only using these videos to create these pretty DIY projects and sharing them, so you all lovely people can also use them to create magic.

The final video that I am going to share related to bowl making is a seasonal look. The natural texture of the leaves and the beautiful amber color, give you a bit of the natural world. You can use real leaves which have fallen from the trees or you could use the artificial ones which would give a longer shelf life to the bowl and make it more user-friendly. Again the look comes from aligning and layering the leaves in the right manner to create an even pattern.

Wow!! I love the way the color of the leaves is enhanced by the lighted candles. It can make any table decor look attractive.Do try these crafty ideas at home.Keep creating magic with these crafty ideas and happy crafting.Until next time, keep it crafty!!
